The short version of our terms.

Night stay: check-in 11:30 AM, check-out 10:00 AM the next day. Day outing: 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

Children under 6 are free and share from the common buffet. Children from 6 to 10 pay the child rate shown above. From 11 years, the adult rate applies.

Yes. Every price on this site and on your quote includes GST. Your invoice shows the GST inside each amount.

Get a quote online, then pay a 50% advance by UPI or bank transfer. The balance is paid at the resort before check-out. You get a booking page, an invoice and a receipt for every payment.

There are no cash refunds. If you cancel, your advance is kept as credit for a re-booking within 3 months: 80% with a month's notice, 50% at 15 days, 30% at 7 days, 10% at 2 days, and none after that. The credit can't be used for weekends or holidays. If we have to cancel, you get back everything you paid. Full policy.

Pets (except guide dogs) and outside food aren't allowed. Every package includes the meals listed, served as a common buffet.
