The Frozen Garden started as a question: could a place feel both still and alive at once? Frost and bloom don't usually belong in the same sentence — one holds everything in place, the other keeps growing anyway. That tension is the whole idea.
We found the land in Gutri almost by accident — a stretch of pond and open field on the edge of Deuli, quiet in a way that's hard to describe until you've stood in it. Rather than build something loud on top of it, we built around what was already there: the water, the working fields, the slow pace of a village morning.
Every room, every meal, every path through the garden is meant to hold that same tension — calm enough to rest in, alive enough to remember.
No landscape flattened or paved over to look "resort-like." What's native stays.
Most of our team is local to Deuli — it's their place too, not just ours.
No fixed menu flown in from elsewhere — the kitchen follows the garden.
We cap how many guests stay at once. Quiet is the whole point — we won't crowd it out.
