Before you plan your day.

Wifi covers the common areas, kitchen and select rooms. We've kept it out of the gardens and pond deck deliberately — that's meant to be time off-screen.

The bonfire is usually lit around sunset and kept going through the evening. It's skipped or moved under cover during rain, but on a clear winter night it runs most of the year.

The gardens and pond deck are reserved for staying guests to keep the property quiet. We occasionally open day visits for small groups — write to us in advance and we'll see what's possible.

Yes — on-site parking is within the property and watched over by our caretaker team. There's room for cars and small vans; let us know ahead if you're bringing anything larger.
